Applied AI training for business teams

Your team, actually using AI.

Your people have tried AI. The gap is turning occasional experiments into safe, repeatable work. I design hands-on training around the documents, decisions and deadlines your team already owns.

01 — The problem

A good day. And then Monday.

AI training usually happens once. A day, sometimes two. People leave knowing more than they did, which feels like it worked.

Then they go back to work, where the deadline is real and the old way is the one they can do without thinking. Nobody picks the slower option at six in the evening.

So not much moves, and it looks like reluctance. It usually isn't. One day was never going to be enough for a skill.

I practised law. Then I built the AI systems that do the work I used to bill for.

One missed document was real liability, so I know exactly what it costs to be wrong. I teach AI the way I deploy it: as a builder who knows exactly where professional work breaks, because I have been on both sides of the fix.
02 — Where this comes from

The organisations are just below — but the logos aren't the useful part. I was designing training for years before AI was the subject, on things that are harder to teach, and that craft is what everything else here is built on.

100+
corporate engagements as a trainer and instructional designer, long before AI was the subject.
2015
World Champion at the World Universities Debating Championship, and coaching others to that level since. I know how to hold a room that would rather be elsewhere.
Law
Banking, M&A and commercial practice, with a UK postgraduate diploma. I know which hours are the expensive ones because I billed them.
Builds
Legal AI at Mallick Tech, for a profession with no appetite for risk. I only teach what I run myself.
Selected organisations

Corporate training and facilitation across leadership, communication, creativity and teamwork — in rooms up to and including C-level. The AI training builds on that delivery experience.

Trusted to work with serious teams.

03 — The plan

Listen. Build. Keep.

Three steps. Like the cube, it only looks complicated until someone shows you the moves.

Listen

First, we find the real constraint: knowledge, relevance, habit or justified caution. Each needs a different response.

Design

Nothing is off the shelf. If training is not the right answer, I will say so before you book it.

02

Build

People work on their own files for most of the day. The aim is not a polished first attempt; it is the judgement to improve and safely use what comes back.

Refine

For multi-day programmes, practice is spaced so live work can come back into the room and improve.

03

Keep

Every participant leaves with a workflow they built, not a page of notes they will never reopen.

The useful measure is changed work: what the team can still do after the room, under a real deadline.

Let's design a day around your people.

Thirty minutes, no deck. If training would help, I'll tell you roughly what it would look like. If it wouldn't, I'll tell you that too.
