Business AI training

Three ways to run the training.

A working session for your leadership team, a hands-on day for a functional team, or a programme that stays until the habits do. All three are built around your people's real documents, decisions and deadlines — never a generic demo.

If you're not sure which fits, that's what the first call is for. Thirty minutes, no deck, and if training isn't the right answer I'll say so before you book anything.

The offers
01 — For leadership teams

Executive AI Workshop

Half a day, in person or remote

For leadership teams that need a shared understanding of what AI changes for their business — opportunity, risk and priorities — before committing budget or making promises to a board. Not a technology briefing; a working session about your organisation's decisions.

What the room leaves with

  • A shared vocabulary, so the next conversation doesn't restart from zero
  • A map of where AI plausibly helps your business — and where it doesn't
  • The first governance decisions: what's allowed, what's reviewed, who owns it
  • A short list of next experiments with named owners

02 — For functional teams

Team AI Workshop

Half a day or one day

For one team that needs supervised, practical experience using AI on its actual work. People spend most of the day working on their own files. One team, one workflow, one first build — and the judgement to improve and safely use what comes back.

What the team leaves with

  • A workflow tested on the team's own work, not a demo file
  • Reusable prompts and process documents the team owns
  • Clear review and safety boundaries: what gets checked, by whom
  • Named actions for the following week, with a date attached

The honest limit: a single day changes capability before it changes habit. If you need repeat behaviour to change, look at the programme below.

AI Adoption Programme

Multi-session, shaped around the organisation

For organisations where one good day is not enough. The programme runs in spaced sessions so live work comes back into the room, and it follows the same method everything here is built on: Listen, Build, Keep. Diagnose the real constraint, train through real tasks, then reinforce until the new way of working is the normal one.

This is the offer to choose when the goal is changed behaviour across teams, with ownership and measurement — not a memorable event.

The details worth asking about

Every engagement is scoped on a call, because the useful details — which team goes first, what work gets brought into the room, what gets measured afterwards — depend on your organisation. The methodology page sets out how sessions are designed and run, so you can hold me to it.

What is already clear: workshops can run for half a day or a full day, in person or remotely. The adoption programme is scoped separately because the number of teams, spacing between sessions and work to be built all change the shape of the engagement. Participant numbers, timing and commercial terms are confirmed after the first call.

Tell me who's in the room.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell me who is in the room and what you need them able to do, and I'll tell you which of these — if any — is the right way to get there.
